The principals of Conifer Analytics, Simon Moloney and Steve Mortimer, are seasoned executives with over 50 years of collective experience helping organizations create success.

Simon and Steve have extensive business consulting experience including years of service at Accenture and Accenture’s nonprofit offshoot, NPower. They know first hand that the underlying tenets of business apply to both Fortune 500s and those serving the less fortunate.

Our team is highly adept at rooting themselves in the cultures of different organizations and the climates of different markets. Knowing the landscape in which growth needs to happen, the Conifer team develops plans and processes that nurture success.


Simon Moloney
   CEO & Principal

Seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience assisting leading companies create success. Companies range from startups to multinationals and includes nonprofits. Track record in selling and delivering Management, Business Process, and Information Technology services; coaching senior executives; developing new business and
maintaining long-term partnerships. Strong entrepreneurial and creative problem solving skills. Broad Industry experience spans High-Tech, Communcations and Public Sector.

Simon Moloney’s Specialties:
Specific expertise assisting clients in areas including: Business Development; Customer Relationship Management and Service Delivery; Performance Management / Business Intelligence (Metrics, Balanced Scorecard); IT Outsourcing; Technology Strategy and Applications and Large-scale Enterprise Systems implementation.



Steve Mortimer
   Senior Partner

Steve Mortimer has over 25 years of operations experience in a wide range of organizations. His for-profit career focused on helping struggling offices and companies “right the ship”, typically by getting the right people doing the right things, instituting performance measures, creating high quality, customer service cultures, establishing a can-do atmosphere, recognizing staff for their contributions and accomplishments using behavioral management techniques, and developing best practice work processes. Steve is deeply committed to helping nonprofits, typically working long hours and offering advice and counsel on a myriad of subjects that go well beyond the official scope of a specific project.

Steve Mortimer's Specialties: Specific expertise assisting clients in areas including: Strategic Planning, Operational performance & Service Delivery outcomes, Fundraising and Marketing Strategies, Change Management, Cost Reduction Strategies, HIPAA Compliance, Training programs on effective management skills.
